One Thing I Can Do To Improve Health


There's dancing, running, pilates, yoga, weight training, Crossfit, martial arts, gymnastics, and many more. They all share one thing, they're all in the category of movement. We all have busy lives. Some people barely have time to sleep, let alone go exercise.

There's one simple thing we could be doing, which is sitting less and moving more. That one small behavioral change done daily has dramatic results.
